Silicone seal strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips to avoid being pierced by pointed objects or cut with knives.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment case to any direct sunlight or high-temperature areas to avoid excessive internal temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformable sealing. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, including free replacement of gaskets or other fastening components. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs will apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the specified protection ratings, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof certification.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the order details when placing an order.
