2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with预留 design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure airtight and non-warped performance. We offer a 12-month warranty on the box for normal use, excluding force majeure, and will provide free replacement of gaskets or other accessories as needed. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm product details before placing an order.
