Silicone gaskets are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gasket to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting damage.
During use, any foreign matter attached to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment case, please do not expose it to any direct sunlight or high-temperature areas.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes during normal use, covering free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.
3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
5. For any special requirements, please call to inquire before placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
