Tanks are made from pure polyethylene (linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE, high-density polyethylene HDPE) and are formed using a special rotational molding process. They offer advantages such as no welding, no leakage, non-toxicity, light weight, resistance to aging and impact, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The integral molding process, corrosion resistance, and long service life are particularly prominent. These tanks can store and react with the majority of inorganic acid, alkali, salt solutions, and most organic solvents, partially replacing materials like stainless steel, titanium, nickel, and alloy steel. The products comply with regulations for hazardous goods storage and transportation and are ideal storage containers for chemical corrosion solutions and clean solutions. The tanks meet hygiene standards and can replace stainless steel containers for transporting food-grade solutions.

① Plastic storage tanks are formed in one piece, offering good integrity without seams, no leakage, strong impact resistance, high tensile strength, and excellent antioxidant and aging resistance, meeting the hygiene and food safety standards.
② Due to the superior performance of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and the unique structure of rotational molding tanks, their lifespan exceeds 15 years.
③Exceptionally resistant to chemicals, it can withstand the solutions of most substances, except for a few that can swell it.

⑤General storage tank operating conditions are room temperature and atmospheric pressure; under special circumstances, the operating conditions may include temperatures below 70℃ and hydraulic pressure less than 1 kg/cm².
⑥ Rotomolded corrosion-resistant storage tanks have a significant advantage in large-scale, high-capacity, and high-volume products. Despite their large size, they maintain the characteristic of one-time molding integrity, which is unattainable by other storage tank technologies.
