2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; in case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or hot areas to avoid excessive internal temperature.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-distorted sealing. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal use, covering free replacement of seals or other components like clamps. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order before placing it.
