2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please avoid placing it in any location exposed to direct sunlight or heat sources.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and resistance to deformation. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, providing free replacement of seals or other components. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special-performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.
3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
5. Please call to inquire in advance if there are any special requirements, and be sure to specify them in detail on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
