2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting damage.
During use, any foreign matter attached to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location where high temperatures are generated.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-deformation. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, including free replacement of gaskets or other components. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
5. Please call to inquire if you have special requirements before placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
