The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a LOGO adhesive area.
2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer square grid cutting sponge design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or high-temperature sources to avoid excessive internal temperature.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories as needed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.
3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation when placing orders.
