Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the process of opening the box for cleaning, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting them.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles, like wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered square grid cut sponge with reserved design for easier customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment case to direct sunlight or hot environments to prevent excessive internal temperature.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo strict inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-distorted sealing. We offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes under normal usage, excluding force majeure, and will provide free replacement of sealing strips or other parts as needed. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade; however, we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly indicate them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
