2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; in case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high temperature and humidity seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any location directly under the sun's rays or where high temperatures are generated.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they are airtight and do not deform. Unless due to force majeure, we will provide a 12-month warranty on the box, including free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification mold fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements of our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
