2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes, like steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the container, please do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or hot environments.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming properties. Subject to unforeseeable circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of seals or other components as needed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified as per requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification charges apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
