Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the process of opening the box for cleaning, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cutting foam with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much foam is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any area directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof storage boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure they are sealed and waterproof without deformation. Unless unforeseeable circumstances occur, we offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other parts such as tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be changed to flame-retardant, static-dissipative, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm product details before placing an order.
