Silicone seal strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During high temperature and humidity seasons, please avoid placing the equipment box in any location exposed to direct sunlight or high-heat generation to prevent excessive internal temperatures.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they are sealed, waterproof, and will not deform. Unless encountering force majeure, we will provide a 12-month warranty for the box, offering free replacement of seals or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
5. For special requirements, please call to inquire prior to placing an order and specify details on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
