The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a LOGO adhesive area.

2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut foam with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; in case too much foam is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-deformation. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories such as tighteners. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified as per requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire for special requirements prior to placing an order and detail them clearly on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
