2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During high temperature and humidity seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment case, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, during which we will provide free replacement of seals or other accessories such as tighteners. The shipping cost is to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire in advance if you have special requirements and be sure to specify them in detail on the order.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
