2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for sealing and waterproofing the box. During the cleaning process of opening the box, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts from blades.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household detergents. Avoid using stiff bristles like steel wool brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes during normal use, covering free replacement of seals or other accessories. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
