Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household detergents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. In case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.
6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, to avoid excessive internal temperatures, please do not expose the equipment case to any direct sunlight or high-temperature areas.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-deformation. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be changed to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
5. Please call to inquire in advance if there are any special requirements and clearly note them on the order.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
