2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued back together.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose the box to any area directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming sealing. Excluding force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box, including free replacement of seals or other accessories. Shipping fees are at the buyer's expense.

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other specialized materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
