Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the process of opening and cleaning the box, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strip to avoid being pierced by pointed objects or cut by knives.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles, like steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer square grid cut foam with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much foam is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any location where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high temperatures.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof storage boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they are airtight and do not deform. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, including free replacement of seals or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.
3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please call to inquire if you have special requirements before placing an order and clearly indicate them on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify product details before placing an order.
