2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for sealing and waterproofing boxes. During the cleaning process of opening the box, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles, like wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer square grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of gaskets or other components as needed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire in advance if you have special requirements, and be sure to note them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
