The bottom of the case and the top of the lid are equipped with a LOGO adhesive area.
2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the container, do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or high-temperature areas.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo strict inspections and tests before shipment to ensure tight sealing and no deformation. Unless due to force majeure, we will provide warranty for the boxes for 12 months of normal use and offer free replacement of seals or other parts as needed. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB fixing posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please call to inquire for special requirements prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.
