2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip and grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, providing free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product colors can be customized as per your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification mold fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
