2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer square grid cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-deformation. Subject to force majeure, we will provide a 12-month warranty for the boxes during normal usage, covering free replacements of gaskets or other fastening parts. The shipping cost is at the buyer's expense.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection ratings, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof rating certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order when placing it.
