Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter attached to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer square grid cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities. In case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment case, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure tight sealing and no deformation. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal use, during which we will provide free replacement of seals or other accessories such as tighteners. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified as per requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the specified protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
