2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for sealing and waterproofing the box. During the process of opening and cleaning the box, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing them with pointed objects or cutting them with blades.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles, such as steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid pattern cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive internal temperature, please do not expose the equipment case to any location where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure airtight and non-distorted sealing. Unless encountering force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories as needed. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection levels but do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire for special requirements prior to placing an order and detail them on the order form.
