2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from sharp objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any place directly exposed to the sun or where high temperatures are generated to avoid excessive internal temperature.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. We offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes under normal usage conditions, except for force majeure. We will provide free replacement of gaskets or other accessories like tighteners. Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please call to inquire prior to placing an order and note them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
