Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a logo adhesive area.

Silicone gaskets are crucial for the sealing and waterproofing of the boxes. During the cleaning process when the box is opened, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories as needed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs will apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire in advance if there are any special requirements and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
