The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a LOGO adhesive area.

2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered square grid cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo strict inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes and will provide free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified as requested, including making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection levels, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements of our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation when placing an order.
