The above are our standard designs, but for various reasons, customer requirements often cannot be fully met by our existing product line. Non-standard designs are common. Our company can design various non-standard towers according to customer specifications, ensuring quick, reasonable, and cost-effective solutions.
1.1 Motor and Fan Efficiency
Fan: The standard, low-noise, and ultra-low-noise fans used in our cooling water towers are specially designed by our company, featuring wide blades with long chords and twisted shapes. They are lightweight, have high airflow with low energy consumption, and low noise. The streamlined, high-strength fan housing ensures uniform airflow at both the inlet and outlet, reducing the fan's horsepower. The blades can also be adjusted for different installation angles to meet various process requirements and enhance efficiency. Vibration protection devices for the fans can be provided upon customer request.
Motor: Utilizes fully enclosed cooling motor with protection grade P55, 380V/3φ/50Hz, and can be equipped with domestic or imported motors along with matching variable frequency drives as per customer requirements.
1. Performance of the shell
The tower shell (including the low basin) is made of high-strength "FRP" composite material. The surface is coated with a corrosion and weather-resistant material, which contains anti-ultraviolet stabilizers, featuring good quality, attractive appearance, resistance to fading, and aging.
1.3 Properties of Filler
Our filling material utilizes hydrophilic materials, allowing water to form a film on the surface and flow down slowly. This provides ample time for water to dissipate heat, resulting in high heat dissipation efficiency.
Standard Film PVC... Maximum operating temperature up to 54.5℃
High-temperature film UPVC... Maximum working temperature up to 70℃
1.4 Swivel and Nozzle
The Turntable: Self-designed and manufactured by our company (the high-temperature type cooling water tower is made of copper alloy material). There are two types: the small tower is made of ABS material, while the cooling water towers of medium and large sizes and above are made of copper alloy. Long-term operation has shown that the turntable is durable and will not become inoperable over time like aluminum turntables. Nozzles: Equipped with special nozzles, featuring low water pressure, even distribution, non-blocking, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
