Brief Description
The High-Voltage Dynamic Stability Tester is suitable for assessing the safe storage life of propellants and double-base solid propellants. The instrument, based on GJB 770B-2005 506.1 (Thermal Accelerated Aging Method), measures the accelerated aging decomposition cycles of propellants and double-base solid propellants at different temperatures, providing an effective basis for determining the safe storage life of the samples.
Instrument Features
Completely made of stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, and heat resistance. Utilizes a modular integrated design, including oil bath temperature control, single-tube testing chamber, pressure control, toxic gas purification, over-limit alarms, touch screen display and control, and more. This unit maintains the original key parameters and conditions while achieving digital and programmable automatic control, high-precision PID automatic temperature control, enhancing the accuracy of measurement results, optimizing the testing environment, and ensuring easy operation. The raw test data is directly processed into final results by the computer. It also offers online analysis and detection of the reaction process, temperature, pressure, and reaction gases.
