Instrument Overview
A new design of Magnetic DSC, capable of performing DSC data acquisition and analysis under strong magnetic fields, permanent magnetic fields, and inert gas conditions. High-precision data acquisition control and accurate gas flow control offer users enhanced service in material composition change analysis, process optimization, quality control, and other areas.
Instrument Application
This instrument is primarily used for measuring physical and chemical changes related to heat, such as glass transition temperature, melting point, melting temperature, crystallization and crystallization heat, phase transition reaction heat, product thermal stability, curing/crosslinking, oxidation induction period, etc.
Instrument Features
Integrated design for mechanical, electrical, atmosphere, and furnace lifting control.
Large screen LCD display, showing instrument status and data in real time.
The entire process is automated with the software capable of handling various data processing tasks, such as calculating enthalpy, glass transition temperature, oxidation induction period, melting points, and crystallization of materials.
The quality flow meter precisely controls gas flow.
The instrument is equipped with standard substances, allowing users to self-correct at various temperature ranges, thereby reducing the instrument's error.
