Fluoroplastic release film is made of PET as the substrate and coated with a release agent on its surface. Not prone to chemical reactions, with good temperature and moisture resistance, able to resist moisture and oil, and serving as a product isolation function. It also has good high temperature resistance, smoothness, and strength, which can prevent the pre impregnated material from sticking and protect it from contamination. Release paper can adhere to the prepreg, but it is also easy to separate the two, with sufficient density to prevent moisture from entering the prepreg through it. It has applications in high-temperature adhesive, silicone double-sided adhesive bonding, gold finger, green adhesive, AB adhesive, 3M silicone bonding, and can be die cut into any other shape for some special purposes.
