Fluorine release film (fluoroplastic release film) is made of PET as the base material, with a release agent applied to its surface. It is non-reactive, exhibiting excellent temperature and humidity resistance, and can prevent moisture and oil, serving as a barrier for the product. It also boasts good high-temperature resistance, smoothness, and strength, preventing pre-impregnated materials from sticking together and protecting them from contamination. The release paper can adhere to pre-impregnated materials yet is easily separable, providing sufficient density to prevent moisture from entering the pre-impregnated material. It finds applications in high-temperature adhesives, silicone double-sided adhesives, gold fingers, green glue, AB glue, and 3M silicone adhesives, and can be die-cut into various shapes for special purposes.
