TYA Series Vacuum Oil Filter Machine
One、Usage:
The TYA series vacuum oil purifier is primarily used in various industrial sectors such as mining, metallurgy, cement, petroleum, railways, machinery, chemicals, textiles, and instruments. It processes a wide range of lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, engine oils, industrial gear oils, refrigerating oils, compressor oils, bearing oils, quenching oils, vacuum pump oils, rolling oils, heat treatment oils, diesel, kerosene, and more. Each type of equipment has specific technical requirements and standards for its oil, with corresponding configurations for each oil variety. It plays a significant role in purifying and reconditioning various industrial lubricants, extending equipment maintenance cycles and lifespans, and reducing production costs.
TYA Series Vacuum Oil Filtration Machines effectively remove contaminants from lubricating oils, such as moisture, gases, and mechanical impurities, enhancing the oil's kinematic viscosity, flash point, and emulsifying properties. This enables the oil to quickly restore to the required performance standards, approaching or reaching the relevant specifications.

Four: Workflow
During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first sends the contaminated oil into the preliminary filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. It then enters the electric heater, where the oil is heated to reduce its viscosity. Subsequently, through a series of actions including painting, flash vaporization, and atomization, the moisture in the oil is transformed from a liquid to a vapor state. The vapor is then condensed back into liquid droplets through the gas pipeline and expelled. At this point, the oil passes through an oil pump and is filtered through a secondary filter and a precision filter via the oil pipeline. The resulting oil is free of impurities and moisture, meeting the standards for recycled oil use and enabling its reuse to save on oil costs. For deep purification and filtration, the oil can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid value, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the workflow (the de-acidification unit is optional.)
