One、Application:
The TYA series hydraulic oil filter is primarily used in various industrial sectors such as mining, metallurgy, cement, petroleum, railways, machinery, chemicals, textiles, and instrumentation. It processes various standard hydraulic oils and anti-wear hydraulic oils. Due to different technical requirements and standards for oils used in different equipment, the equipment is configured for each type of oil. It plays a significant role in purifying and reconditioning various industrial hydraulic oils, extending equipment maintenance cycles and service life, and reducing production costs. This equipment effectively removes contaminants from the oil, such as moisture, gases, and mechanical impurities, enhancing the oil's kinematic viscosity, flash point, and emulsifying properties. It quickly restores the oil to the required performance levels, approaching or meeting the relevant standards.

Section 4: Workflow
During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first feeds the contaminated oil into an initial filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. The oil then enters an electric heater, where it is heated to reduce viscosity. Subsequently, through a series of actions including spraying, flash vaporization, and atomization, the moisture in the oil is converted from a liquid to a vapor state, condensed back into liquid droplets, and expelled through the gas pipeline. At this point, the oil passes through an oil pump and is filtered through a secondary filter and a precision filter via the oil pipeline, resulting in oil free of impurities and moisture. This oil meets the standards for recycled oil use and can be reused to save on oil costs. For deep purification and filtering of the oil, it can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid values, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the workflow (the de-acidification unit is configured as needed.)
