After the construction is completed, moving the platform vehicle on the site should be carried out by a professional driver.

The platform vehicle's elevated work should be commanded by the supervisor. The supervisor should communicate with the operator of the platform vehicle using signals as per GB5082. The signals must be clear and accurate.

6. Prior to the operation of the platform vehicle, the person in charge of the work should brief the operators and all personnel involved in the work on technical and safety matters, including: the nature and requirements of the work; safety precautions and hazardous areas; personnel assignments and responsibility scopes. The person in charge must inspect both the vehicle condition and the work of the staff. Additionally, they are responsible for assessing the terrain and environment, ensuring that the take-off and landing comply with safety technical measures or pre-planned work procedures. If discrepancies are found, appropriate measures must be established before starting the work.
