Construction Overview:
This series of resistance furnaces features a thin-gauge steel plate construction with a rectangular furnace shell. When closing the furnace door, pull the handle upwards and outward to disengage the pull rod. After the door is closed, push it open to the left, positioning the high-heat area away from the operator to minimize scorching.
1000℃ furnace platform adopts new materials-Ceramic fiber rectangular blocks are insulated with thermal preservation materials between the furnace platform and shell for soundproofing. The heated components are inserted into the long slots of the furnace platform. There is a small hole on the back wall of the furnace platform for measuring purposes, from where thermocouples are withdrawn.
The housing of the controller is formed by aluminum alloy and thin etching steel plates. It is externally equipped with measurement gauges, adjustment controls, and power control installations. Not only can it measure the dimensions, but it can also actively control the dimensions within a given range.
Mastering Characteristics: This is an upgraded and replaced product, where all electrical materials adopt silicon-controlled rectifiers, and a temperature controller is used to achieve precise temperature control.±1°C, and the control also has DC current limiting capability.
Customized Muffle Furnace
This series of resistance furnaces are all rectangular in shape. The furnace shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with edges folded and welded. The working chamber is lined with high-quality silicon carbide refractory material, and a high-quality insulation material is used as the thermal insulation layer between the furnace chamber and the shell. To minimize heat loss through the furnace mouth and enhance the uniformity of the temperature inside the furnace chamber, a heat shield made of high-quality refractory material is installed on the inner side of the furnace door.
The automatic control system for measuring, indicating, and adjusting the internal temperature, featuring the XMT series temperature controllers, ensures accuracy. The instrument is equipped with an open-circuit protection device, which automatically cuts off power during the heating process in case of a thermocouple failure, ensuring the safety of the furnace and the workpiece being treated.
