
The LT942X Electric Flow and Pressure Control Valve is part of the hydraulic control valve series, featuring a piston structure and regulated flow and pressure via a crank-slider mechanism. Drawing on German and Japanese technology and combined with domestic experience, it is suitable for power stations, water diversion, and water supply applications. It can adjust pipeline flow, flow pattern, and pressure, and boasts features such as erosion resistance, vibration resistance, and dirt tolerance.
Structural Features
Piston design: The closure is a cylindrical or conical piston, moving axially along the centerline of the pipeline, adjusting flow rate by changing the area of the flow passage.
Abrasion-Resistant Material: Critical components (such as valve seats, guides) are made of stainless steel with three times the hardness of standard stainless steel, offering resistance to erosion and wear.
Sealed Design: The floating valve seat and cone are bonded with silicone, ensuring reliable sealing and strong self-centering effect.

Medium Temperature: 0°C to 80°C.
