
The LT942X Electric Flow and Pressure Regulating Valve is part of the hydraulic control valve series, featuring a piston-type structure and adjustable flow and pressure through a crank-slider mechanism. Drawing on German and Japanese technology, combined with domestic experience, it is suitable for power stations, water diversion, and water supply scenarios. It can regulate pipeline flow, flow state, and pressure, and boasts features such as anti-cavitation, vibration resistance, and resistance to dirt.
Structural Features
Piston design: The closure is a cylindrical or conical piston, moving axially along the centerline of the pipeline, adjusting flow rate by changing the cross-sectional area of the flow path.
Abrasion-resistant Material: Critical components (such as valve seats, guides) are made of stainless steel with three times the hardness of standard stainless steel, offering resistance to erosion and wear.
Sealed Design: The floating valve seat and cone are bonded with silicone, ensuring reliable sealing and strong self-centering effect.
