Fluorine release film (fluoroplastic release film) is made of PET material, with a release agent applied to its surface. It is non-reactive, possesses excellent temperature and humidity resistance, and can prevent moisture and oil, serving as a barrier for the product. It also features good high-temperature resistance, smoothness, and strength, preventing pre-impregnated materials from sticking together and protecting them from contamination. The release paper can adhere to pre-impregnated materials yet is easily separable, offering sufficient density to prevent moisture from entering the pre-impregnated material. It is applicable in high-temperature adhesive, silicone double-sided tape lamination, gold fingers, green glue, AB glue, and 3M silicone lamination, and can be die-cut into various shapes for specialized uses.
