(1) Feature Introduction:
This machine meets the requirements of GB/T 16584 "Rubber Non-rotating Viscosity Recorder for Determining Vulcanization Characteristics", ISO 6502, and Italian standards for T10, T60, and T90 data. It is used to determine the characteristics of unvulcanized rubber and find the optimal vulcanization time for rubber compounds. Equipped with an imported intelligent digital temperature control instrument, it offers easy adjustment, a wide temperature control range, and high control accuracy, with superior stability, reproducibility, and accuracy compared to standard rotating vulcanizers. The non-rotating vulcanization analysis system operates on the Windows 10 platform, features a graphical user interface, flexible data processing, and modular VB programming. It supports switching to the English version and fully demonstrates its highly automated characteristics. It is the most widely used instrument in the rubber processing industry for controlling rubber quality, rapid testing, and fundamental rubber research applications. It provides precise data for optimal rubber formula combinations, accurately measuring parameters such as curing time, scorch time, vulcanization index, and maximum and minimum torque.
