JQL-100 Ozone Aging Cabinet
This equipment is primarily used for testing the ozone aging resistance of polymer materials and their products. The amount of ozone in the atmosphere is a major factor in the aging of polymer materials and their products. The ozone aging chamber can simulate and intensify the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, achieving results that are close to actual usage or reproductions in a short period. It studies the effects of ozone on polymer materials and products (rubber), provides a method for quickly identifying and evaluating the anti-ozone aging properties of rubber and the protective efficacy of anti-ozone agents, and subsequently, implementing effective anti-aging measures to extend the service life of rubber products.
There are two methods for ozone aging tests: static strain test method and dynamic strain test method. The ozone aging chamber consists of three main parts: the control system, the ozone generation system, the sample aging chamber, and ozone measurement. The ozone generation system mainly includes an ozone generator, air purification equipment, heat exchangers, and air flow control systems. The ozone generator uses a high-voltage silent discharge tube, which can produce ozone of higher concentration. The sample aging chamber is sealed and light-proof (except for intermittent lighting). A window for observing the sample surface is provided on the door. The outer shell of the test chamber is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spray painting, which is aesthetically pleasing. The inner wall, pipes, sample holders, and structural materials are made from stainless steel or corrosion-resistant inert materials that do not decompose ozone. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with a timing device. The intelligent digital control instrument is used for ozone concentration measurement and control, allowing for direct setting of the ozone concentration value and PLC automatic regulation control, ensuring high control accuracy and simple operation.
