Application Method of Wind Power Grouting Material
1. Base Surface: Roughen concrete surface, blow out dust or sand from bolt holes, and clean metal surfaces of grease or rust. Pre-soak the concrete base surface with clean water, ensuring no free water is present during grouting.
2. Preferably use mechanical mixing. Begin by adding 2/3 of the total water and mix for 3 minutes, then add the remaining 1/3 water and mix until a smooth and even consistency is achieved.
3. Water-to-material ratio: 12.5%
4. Grouting for wind turbine foundations: Begin grouting from one side and continue until it overflows to the other side; do not grout from both opposite sides simultaneously. Once grouting starts, it must be conducted continuously, and smoldering may shorten the grouting time.
5. After grouting, immediate watering and maintenance should be performed, and cover with wet straw bags or plastic film. The maintenance period should not be less than 3 days.

1. Wind power grouting material is packaged in pearl film composite woven bags, 50kg per bag.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse; avoid exposure to rain.
3. Valid storage period of 6 months from the date of manufacture.
