Sika Grouting Material Product Features:
Early and high strength: The compressive strength can reach over 30-50 Mpa within 1-3 days.
2. High self-leveling: Can fill all voids, meeting the requirements for secondary grouting of equipment.
3. Minimal expansion: Ensures tight contact between the equipment and foundation, with no shrinkage after secondary grouting. High bonding strength, with grip force with round steel not less than 6 Mpa.
4. Suitable for winter construction: Outdoor work is permitted at temperatures as low as -10℃.
5. Durable: This product is an inorganic binder material with a service life longer than that of basic concrete. After millions of fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles, there is no significant change in strength. The strength is notably improved after soaking in engine oil for 30 days.

The reference dosage calculation for Sikacem grouting material is based on 2.28~2.4 tons/cubic meter, please calculate the actual usage amount.
It's because the grouting material has a high strength, far exceeding that of cement, and alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing, that it is called high-strength, non-shrink grouting material!
Grouting materials such as CGM Grouting, DGM, high-strength non-shrinkable grouting, etc., are determined based on the standards of different architectural research institutes. This does not necessarily indicate high product quality, and specific usage should be tested.

"High strength" is merely one aspect of the performance of cement grout. Practice shows that instances of engineering damage due to insufficient design strength of cement-based grout are rare. On the other hand, many concrete grout structures, especially those in harsh environments, are already suffering or are at risk of severe damage due to poor durability.
Many reported cracking in "high-performance concrete grout" in Western countries is actually high-strength concrete.

Grouting operations with Sikacem should adhere to the following requirements:
1. Material should be poured in from one side until it overflows from the other, to facilitate the expulsion of air between the equipment base and the concrete foundation, ensuring full grouting. Grouting should not be conducted simultaneously from all four sides.
2. After the grouting begins, it must be completed within the specified time frame, and lumpy materials must not be used.
3. Avoid vibration during grouting; in case of necessity, use bamboo strips or similar for pulling and guiding the flow.
4. The thickness of each grouting layer should not exceed 100.
5. Grouting for longer equipment or track foundations should be carried out in sections. Each section should be about 10 meters in length.
6. When the amount of grout for equipment foundation is substantial, mechanical stirring should be employed to ensure the grouting construction.
