The CJW-2000~6000 type fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detector is mainly used for checking the outer surface, end face, and near-surface cracks and defects in workpiece parts in wet magnetic particle inspection. The equipment consists of several major parts, including the electrical control system, power supply system, auxiliary operating system, spray magnetization system, magnetic suspension liquid circulation system, darkroom fluorescent observation system, and demagnetization system.
The control circuit of the equipment uses a series of programmable logic controllers (PLC) for centralized control, featuring both manual and automatic control functions. In manual control mode, step-by-step manual operation control for each functional action of the equipment can be performed. In automatic control mode, the equipment automatically executes the internal automatic program of the PLC to achieve semi-automatic control of a series of actions, including: feeding material (manual) → cylinder clamping → spraying magnetic suspension liquid → compound magnetization → cylinder return → fluorescence observation inspection → demagnetization, etc. The automatic program runs continuously in a cycle.
Integrable/electrically separated mechanical; with rotation, with bracket; the material of the darkroom, etc., can be customized according to customer requirements.
