The CJW-2000~6000 type fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detector is primarily used for inspecting the outer surface, end faces, and near-surface cracks and defects in workpiece parts in wet magnetic particle testing. The equipment consists of several major parts, including the electrical control system, power supply system, auxiliary operating system, spray magnetization system, magnetic suspension liquid circulation system, darkroom fluorescent observation system, and degaussing system.
The control circuit of the equipment utilizes a series of programmable logic controllers (PLC) for centralized control, featuring both manual and automatic control functions. In manual control mode, individual step-by-step manual operation control of each functional action of the equipment can be performed. In automatic control mode, the equipment automatically executes the internal automatic program of the PLC to achieve semi-automatic control of a series of actions including: feeding material (manual) → cylinder clamping → magnetic suspension fluid spraying → composite magnetization → cylinder return → fluorescence observation inspection → demagnetization, and so on. The automatic program runs continuously in a cyclic manner.
Integrated/Electromechanical Separated; with rotation, with bracket; the material of the dark room, etc., can be customized according to customer requirements.
