The HJ-E800S-P Softswitch System is an access-level softswitch platform designed for the next-generation network (NGN), developed on the basis of VoIP protocols and built on the Linux operating system platform, offering stable and reliable softswitch capabilities. It supports SIP protocol, NAT traversal, multiple authentication methods, and provides a range of value-added services including voice, video, electronic fax, conferencing, recording, IVR, TTS, and Radius billing interfaces. Supports scheduled phone conferences, self-established phone conferences, fixed-line phone conferences, venue recording, venue management (music, mute, kick out, channel recording, end meeting, etc.), multi-user management, and centralized account management features.
Electronic Fax Service Module
Utilizing existing public Internet network resources, it supports all types of network access methods and fully supports the SIP protocol. Features include converting electronic documents to faxes, receiving faxes via Email, printing received faxes, sending faxes via SMS, bulk faxing, multi-user management, centralized fax management, and providing third-party development interfaces.
Phone Recording Module
Simultaneously record and query multiple phone calls, offering simultaneous recording of over 150 lines depending on server performance, with recorded files in MP3 format.
Video Conference Module
JAVA-based Flash stream media server, transmitting video data via RTMP and HTTP protocols. It's a 100% B/S architecture, allowing for seamless integration with websites. Supports audio and video, enabling you to view each participant's desktop. Features online chat, video, file sharing, and desktop sharing.
