Thus, if the sterilization temperature and pressure do not match, first consider if all the cold air has been exhausted during the sterilization process. If there is air mixed with the steam in an enclosed container, the temperature and pressure of the steam cannot be referenced to their relationship in the saturated steam state. Under the same pressure, steam containing cold air is cooler than saturated steam. If, after confirming that the cold air has been completely exhausted, the temperature and pressure still do not match, we must check the temperature and pressure sensors of the high-pressure sterilizer. If significant measurement errors occur, they should be replaced promptly.
