I. Overview
1. The PMW-800-500 tri-position electro-hydraulic concrete sleepers' pulsation fatigue testing system is primarily used for static compression tests and unidirectional dynamic pulsation fatigue tests on concrete sleepers. By adding a pulsation actuator and corresponding auxiliary testing equipment, it can also be employed for railway steel rails (extra-heavy, heavy, standard steel rails) and their welded joints, fasteners, concrete sleepers, and helical springs. It is also suitable for testing various large components, such as bridges, trusses, vehicle undercarriages, automotive axles, locomotive bogies, building components, anchors, and connectors, for static compression tests and unidirectional dynamic pulsation fatigue tests. It is a widely used, reliable, and cost-effective fatigue life testing and detection system in the field of dynamic load fatigue performance testing for railways and transportation. PMW series electro-hydraulic pulsationFatigue Test MachineRationally designed, reliable operation, low cost of operation, no need for cooling, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with a wide range of applications.
