ntenteditable="false" style="box-sizing: border-box;">The Electro-hydraulic Servo Multi-channel Fatigue Test System is primarily used for testing large-scale reinforced concrete and steel structures such as building structural components, frames, beams, columns, joints, etc., as well as prestressed beams, columns, frames, and other prestressed components of reinforced concrete. The system is mainly composed of multiple electro-hydraulic servo actuators, one constant pressure servo pump station, a multi-channel servo controller, test software, piping, and loading frames. The system is versatile, allowing for single-channel loading tests, coordinated loading tests for two or more actuators simultaneously, and can be equipped with auxiliary tools as needed for fatigue loading tests on various structural components.

The multi-channel all-digital control system can simultaneously control four actuators for synchronized and asynchronous loading, and can coordinate the loading of four actuators. Control modes: Load, displacement, and can switch between different control modes without shock. It features an analog output interface with four channels, which synchronously outputs load and displacement signals to strain gauges and other data acquisition systems.
